RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Return of Goods – Conditions & Responsibilities
If you wish to return the goods, please note the following conditions:
1. Products must not be opened, used, or damaged.
All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
2. You will be responsible for 100% of the shipping fees for both directions:
The initial shipping cost (if the first shipment was paid by us), and
The return shipping cost charged by the courier.
3. In addition, you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that our company must pay to receive the returned goods back into our country.
4. After deducting:
Return shipping costs,
Import duties and customs charges,
Any product damage or loss of value (if applicable),
we will inform you of the final refundable amount, which will be issued back to the same payment card that you used to place the order on our website.

Shipping Fees and Import Duties
All orders are shipped with 100% shipping fees fully paid by our company. However, each country has its own import duty and tax regulations, and therefore customers are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs charges, or any fees required by their country’s customs authority.
If the customer fails to pay the import duty or refuses to comply with the customs requirements, the shipment will be automatically cancelled or returned by the shipping company.
In this case, the customer shall be responsible for all resulting costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at hoabeautylashvn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for lash adhesives, liquids, or volume tweezers because the products may be damaged during the shipping and return process.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
